Job Duties:

Perform general administrative work, including assisting with Employee Handbook modification and planning and overseeing implementation of new policies;

Understand, gather and interpret business process information. Maintain data integrity to ensure accurate insights;

Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs estimate and schedules. Support the preparation and coordination of financial forecasting and reporting;

Develop solutions to optimize overall organization performance by providing recommendations on implementing new management systems or procedures;

Conduct interview and on-site employee observation regularly on job satisfaction. Gather information and conduct relevant research on any existing issues, such as work efficiency, cost estimate and interpersonal conflicts;

Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in Management, Business, Public Administration or a related field. Must have Two years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Management Analyst, Business Associate or related position. Must have Experience with CRM software and Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Marketing Manager & Business Development Manager
BRUIN XPRESS INC is hiring full-time Marketing Manager & Business Development Manager position.
Job Duties:

Coordinate marketing and promotional campaigns with company goals and initiatives;

Work with management to establish companys long-term strategy for business development, manage targeted advertising and retargeting campaigns to drive awareness and contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;

Assist with company officials in marketing budget planning and adjustments, prepare annual sales forecasts through monitoring market trends to ensure profitability of services;

Analyze day-to-day marketing situations and problems, conduct marketing reports and communicate through presentations to management;

Audit existing marketing strategies, then proactively share ideas and provide recommendations with management to increase sales;

Implement and maintain SEO best practices, use Google Analytics and other tools to measure success metrics, generate and distribute website usage and analytic reports on a regular basis;

Participate in the hiring and training processes of marketing associates and interns. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring that they are met.
Job Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Must have three years’ experience as a marketing manager & business development manager, marketing manager, business manager, sales manager or a related position; must have knowledge of international marketing, digital marketing and customer relationship management.
